Terms + Conditions

When booking an appointment, you will be asked for a credit card. The credit card information is not to pay for your service but to hold your appointment.  The credit card will only be charged if you cancel under 24 hours before your appointment or do not show for your appointment.

Before coming to your appointment please click the INTAKE FORM tab. Fill out the online form and submit. If unable to fill out the form online, please let me know as soon as possible and come to your session 15 minutes early to fill them out.

Please Be Advised:

Any promotional advertisements such as (Groupon, Living Social, Amazon Local etc.) are only valid for First Time Clients. (Can’t be combined with any other offer and if promotional value expires before date of redemption client is responsible for paying the difference from the promotional value to full value of session.

Due to Cold/Flu Season. If you are aware that you are sick or think that you are sick, even if it is a cold. Please reschedule your appointment. Due to the nature of massage therapy and the fact that we are in a center where many people walk through this space. It is in your best interest as well as the others coming here that we do not go forth with your session that day. Thank you for your time and understanding. Tardiness/Cancelations

Client will notify the therapist if he/she is running late. If client is more than 10 minutes late the therapist reserves the right to deduct time from the session and client will be charged full price in this case. When canceling an appointment it is imperative client calls 24 hours prior to appointment. Client will be charged a cancellation fee of $35.00 if canceling the appointment less then 24 hours before the session. If client fails to show for an appointment, client will be charged $35.00 for the session.
